Admission & Costs

The home accepts both privately and publically funded residents. Before any resident comes to St Andrew’s, either for short or long stays, our Manager or Lead Clinical Nurse will visit to make a very full assessment of needs to ensure that, should you come, everything will be in place to make you comfortable and feel enabled in your choices.

Prospective residents and their family members are always welcome to visit us and “ feel the vibes” of the family life here.

Residents are usually very happy to tell you how it all works for them. We can help you to understand funding options and we can work out costs for your funding providers according to your needs.

Other Costs

Other services. A local hairdresser and manicurist, and a chiropodist, visit regularly at usual costs, but residents can go out to any of the salons in the town if they prefer.
